Gardens and courtyards are carried out following the local beauties features: dry stone walls, bushes of capers and fig trees, flowers and gnarled olive trees that are rooted in the Red land of Salento. Surrounded by the scent of the Mediterranean.
Located on the litoranea Otranto-Leuca, between exclusive real estate and nature (the vincolipaesaggistici have made the area Park), enjoy a beautiful area to visit the Salento, discovering Earth that enchanted Europe.
The location, above the high rocky coast with the sea in front and the countryside behind, ensures a fresh and ventilated environment even warmer evenings, without the need to resort to (any) air conditioners or fans.
From here you can enjoy sea views of the “Strait of Otranto“, we are in front of Albania and the Ionian islands of Greece, in the silence of the olive groves that make up the Park.
The villas are part of a district, this allows your romantic vacation and relaxation, as well as a convenient and pleasant meeting place for large groups, where space and comfort are met.
There are 5 rooms that can accommodate from two to eight people per household.
The location is situated between Marina Serra and Tricase Porto, at km 34 of 358 sp.
Are within walking distance of the sea, at the inlet of natural pools in Marina Serra and the bus stop for Otranto and Leuca.
The Salento offers stunning coasts, ancient and historical countries, a warm and friendly population, splendid food and wine. It is suitable for romantic holidays, relaxation and silence, but also the busiest groups.
Through our accommodation you can make use of agreements with typical fish restaurants by the sea or in town centers at 20 €, boat trips and raft, starting from 12 €, rent a scooter, oenological, gastronomic and cultural tours choose from cycling, sports such as climbing frames.
We loved staying with Margeritha. Felt like a real home. The places to swim nearby are amazing and the nature around so wild. Would love to come again.
